Playable NPC are characters who can be used in games to further the story, but they do not play any role in RP or events outside of the game. Many of these characters are available in the Thistle Academy GM module for foundry.
Tutors
Tutor Characters may be used for APL 1-2 games where an additional player is needed to meet the minimum of four players. It is encouraged to attempt to fill a space with a player before using one of the tutors.
D These characters can only be played by those who are Game Masters but are not the GM for that game.
Recurring Characters
GMs are welcome to create their own recurring characters for use in their games. These characters must fit in with the setting and can have no impact outside of the game.
